100N Gas Struts Cabinet Door Lift Support Silver Pack of 2

The Bohaner 40N Gas Struts are a mixed bag when it comes to customer experiences. While some customers have had a positive experience with the product, others have encountered various issues. One common criticism is the lack of clear fitting instructions. Some users found it difficult to figure out how to install the struts, with one customer mentioning that the instructions were non-existent. However, one user suggests watching YouTube videos for guidance on positioning the struts correctly. Another issue reported by some customers is that the struts arrived open and were impossible to compress by hand. However, one user reassured that once the gas struts are in position and fitted correctly, they will close as intended. Despite these challenges, other customers found the struts to be easy to install and were satisfied with their performance. They mentioned that using the measurements printed on the clear plastic bag for positioning the mounting points was crucial. Some users also mentioned that a light blow with a hammer or rubber mallet was often needed to snap the cups of the struts onto the ball-shaped mounting points. In terms of durability, there were mixed reports. While one user mentioned that the arm broke after a few days and had to order another set, others found the product to be sturdy and well worth the purchase. Overall, the Bohaner 40N Gas Struts have received a mixed reception from customers. The lack of clear fitting instructions and some reports of broken parts are concerning. However, for those who were able to install them correctly, the struts have proven to be functional and valuable.
