Wella Professionals 81797 Editorial Review
The Wella Illumina Hair Colour in shade 9/7 has garnered a positive reception from users, praised for its vibrant and lovely results. Customers commonly note that when mixed with a 30-volume developer and left on for half an hour, the product yields a soft and pleasant feel in the hair post-application. Many users appreciate the translucent quality of the color, which differentiates it from other brands like Koleston. However, while users love the final color, some have pointed out that the formula does not provide strong grey coverage. This seems to be a trade-off for the translucent effect the product offers. The absence of a pronounced tone in this particular shade has been mentioned, which may lead some users to explore other shades for better grey coverage. For optimal results, users recommend prior preparation, including gathering application tools such as a tinting brush, bowl, and measuring equipment, and using a barrier cream around the hairline to avoid staining. Many recommend utilizing foil during the application for more precise control over hair sections, particularly when dealing with previously dyed roots. Overall, the product is Considered a high-quality investment for those looking to tone their hair without resorting to over-the-counter options, as it promises better results and can be more economical over time. **
