AtivaTM USB to Parallel Printer Adapter Cable, 6'

The Ativa USB to Parallel Printer Adapter Cable has garnered mixed reviews from customers, largely centering around its effectiveness in establishing a connection between older parallel printers and modern laptops that lack parallel ports. While some users have found success in connecting their printers with the adapter, others have reported significant challenges and frustrations. One user aimed to use the adapter with an HP Laserjet 2100 across multiple operating systems (Windows 10 and Windows 11), but unfortunately, the device did not perform as expected. Despite trying various drivers, they experienced a disconnect between the adapter and their setup, leading to disappointment and an inability to return the product once the 30-day return period passed. Meanwhile, another customer was more satisfied, as the adapter allowed them to effectively connect their old HP Laserjet 4L, demonstrating that performance may vary depending on the specific printer and system configuration. Overall, the Ativa USB to Parallel Printer Adapter Cable may serve well for some users with compatible setups, but potential customers should be mindful of the compatibility issues and mixed feedback before purchasing. **
