The Fox Valley Traders Roof Gutter Accessories Downspout Extension has received mixed reviews from customers. Some users have found the product to work great and have been using it without any issues. They appreciate that it allows water to be directed further away from the house, helping to prevent water damage. However, there are also some concerns raised by other users. Some customers have found the downspout extension to be difficult to work with, with complaints about the coil spring being too strong, causing the extension not to unroll properly even during heavy rain. This issue led to water backing up and overflowing, which defeats the purpose of the extension. Additionally, there were comments about the Velcro pad not being long enough and zip ties breaking or not fitting properly. In summary, while some customers have had a positive experience with the Fox Valley Traders Roof Gutter Accessories Downspout Extension, there are significant concerns about its functionality, particularly related to the strength of the coil spring and the overall effectiveness of the product during heavy rain. **
