Nutritionist's Take
The 'Adhesive - Extra Strong Denture Fixing Cream' is primarily designed for securing dentures and is not a nutritional product in itself. Nutritionists consider its formulation, which typically contains zinc and other adhesive compounds, as crucial for maintaining denture stability rather than contributing to nutritional intake. While it allows individuals with dentures to eat a variety of foods comfortably, the presence of zinc has raised concerns about excessive intake leading to potential health issues, such as interference with copper absorption. Nutritionists advise users to monitor their overall dietary zinc levels to avoid adverse effects. Furthermore, it is important to consider the ingredient quality, as some formulations may contain artificial additives. While it serves a necessary function for denture wearers, it does not provide any nutritional benefits and should be used with caution. Overall, while it enhances quality of life for denture users, it does not replace the need for a balanced diet.
Protefix Adhesives Editorial Review
Protefix Adhesive - Extra Strong Denture Fixing Cream claims to provide superior hold for dentures. Unfortunately, according to customer reviews, this product does not deliver on this promise. Several users have reported that the cream failed to keep their dentures in place, leaving them with a messy and uncomfortable feeling in their mouth. Additionally, some reviewers have commented that the packaging is confusing as all the writing is in a foreign language.
