Rancho RS66119BR5 Suspension Lift Kit

The Rancho RS66119BR5 Suspension Lift Kit has garnered a mixed reception among customers, reflecting a combination of strong product performance and a few significant issues related to parts availability. For many users, the suspension lift kit represents excellent value for money. Priced at $414, plus an added discount for Amazon card holders, the final cost becomes remarkably affordable at $314 for a 2-inch lift, complete with RS5000 shocks. Customers noted an impressive improvement in ride quality compared to stock models, describing a softer feel and enhanced flexibility over bumps. One customer even remarked that the ride was comparable to their 2020 Rubicon Gladiator, indicating the upgrade's effectiveness. Installation experiences vary, with some finding it straightforward and manageable within several hours, especially for those who are DIY enthusiasts. All necessary components were reported as included, eliminating the hassle of needing additional parts. However, not all experiences have been positive. A significant complaint stems from issues related to missing parts when purchased from a third-party seller. A customer reported the unfortunate situation where over half the necessary components were not included, leading to a frustrating experience. Fortunately, Rancho's customer service was praised for swiftly resolving this issue by providing the missing parts overnight at no extra cost. This highlights a contrast between the product's quality and the service provided by some third-party suppliers. In summary, while many customers are pleased with the functionality and value of the Rancho RS66119BR5 Suspension Lift Kit, potential buyers should remain cautious about sourcing from third-party sellers to ensure they receive the complete product. **
