Thangles Arts, Crafts & Sewing Editorial Review
Thangles are a great tool for quilters who struggle with precise measurements. With Thangles, you can cut strips 1/2 inch larger than the finished half triangle squares, eliminating the need for confusing math calculations. This tool provides accuracy and ease for even the most complicated quilt blocks. They are available in many sizes, and quilters have reported successful results with the 1.5", 2", 2.5, 3", 4", 5", and 6" sizes. Despite some negative feedback, Thangles have received overwhelmingly positive reviews from quilters who have used them. They make quilting half square triangles easy, and all that is required is the ability to sew a straight line and cut accurately. Thangles are also reported to be reasonably priced and arrive quickly. Overall, Thangles appear to be a useful tool for quilters who struggle with precise measurements and complicated quilt blocks.
