Each recruited scientist brings in their ability removing the older one in turn, which prompts the game to be well-balanced and fair. The game feels well-balanced and fair after repeated playings, even with experts and newbies together. The game has a beautiful 1950s muted color design, and the cards are printed on good quality stock with high-quality cardboard tokens. The text in the instruction manual is short, precise, and clear, with descriptive pictorial examples. The game board's flavor texts are well-written and enjoyable. The game has an online instruction manual, includes reference cards for each player, and a verbose card glossary in the manual. The game easily plays with two or four players and has an entirely different feel with four players.
