Delphi FG0880 Fuel Pump Module Assembly

The Delphi FG0880 Fuel Module has received mixed reviews from customers, reflecting a range of experiences that highlight both its installation ease and some significant performance issues. Those who have successfully installed the unit report that it fits well and is straightforward to replace, which can be an advantage for DIY mechanics. However, these positive experiences are overshadowed by recurring concerns about quality and reliability. Multiple customers experienced immediate failures with the fuel module, leading to check engine lights and erratic fuel gauge readings. Troubleshooting sessions often revealed that the units did not meet the required fuel pressure specifications, with reports indicating outputs significantly lower than OEM standards. In several cases, customers had to replace multiple units before finding one that functioned correctly, sparking frustration with the product's Consistency. Overall, while the Delphi FG0880 may offer a cost-effective solution for fuel module replacements in vehicles like the 2005 Ford Mustang GT, Consumers are advised to approach this product with caution due to the variability in quality and performance. **
