Touch Control Dimmer

The Westek 6603BC 150W 3-Level Touch Control Lamp Socket Dimmer has faced Considerable scrutiny from customers, primarily due to issues with functionality and durability. Many users reported dissatisfaction with the product, indicating that the dimmers either did not work at all or functioned poorly compared to earlier versions they had used. The product has been criticized for its requirement for specific lamp types—specifically those with a metal bulb holder and metal stem—and compatibility restrictions with incandescent bulbs, which many customers felt were not adequately communicated in the product description. A notable number of reviews reflect a trend of the dimmers failing shortly after purchase, leading to frustration among users who had high expectations based on previous experiences. The once-reliable performance seems to have diminished, with reports citing that the dimmers would turn off unexpectedly or fail to maintain Consistent dimming levels. The overall reception of the product leans towards disappointment, with many customers expressing a desire to return the items shortly after trying them out. **
