Tama Boom HC52F Editorial Review
Tama HC52F Flat Base Cymbal Stand is designed for drummers seeking a lightweight yet robust solution for cymbal placement. Weighing just 3.6 pounds, this specific model features an octagonal shape crafted from durable metal, ensuring stability without the heaviness of traditional gear. Reviewers rave about its sturdiness and vintage-inspired design, highlighting that unlike older models, the HC52F has solid adjustment screws and bushings. This stand supports standard 8mm cymbal tops, which enhances compatibility with modern cymbal nuts. However, it’s primarily built for holding a single cymbal, so drummers should consider additional supports if utilizing more hardware.
