THOMSON Stems SM-E130 BLK Editorial Review
The Thomson X4 31.8 Bicycle Stem is a top shelf piece of hardware and a great purchase for customers looking for a reliable bicycle stem. The product is described as robust and resistant, embodying the quality expected from a Thomson bike product. Additionally, customers appreciate the ability to flip the 10-degree rise to lower the handlebars and the overall fit of the stem. However, some reviewers expressed dissatisfaction, citing the poor quality of the tiny Allen bolts, the stem's bulky design, and its weight. There were also complaints about the handlebar rotating during riding despite correct installation. On the customer service side, there were positive remarks regarding service and shipping, with one customer receiving a replacement item promptly and hassle-free.
