AeroPilates Fitness Circles Editorial Review
The AeroPilates Magic Circle Pilates Ring is a versatile fitness accessory that can be used for a variety of exercises. Made with a steel core ring covered in soft rubber and equipped with padded grips, this ring provides comfort and durability during workouts. The included DVD features a short 23-minute workout that is basic but effective. The instructor demonstrates movements that can be done on a reformer or yoga mat, as well as some standing and seated movements. This workout can be easily incorporated into other Pilates routines or used as a standalone add-on. Customers have praised the ease of use and wide range of challenge offered by the AeroPilates Magic Circle. Some have reported seeing and feeling results quickly. The ring is not too heavy or too firm, making it suitable for users of various fitness levels. However, there have been a few negative reviews. One customer with neck issues experienced discomfort while using the ring and was advised by their doctor to avoid it. Another customer mentioned that the DVD included with the product lacked background music. Overall, the AeroPilates Magic Circle Pilates Ring is a well-received fitness accessory that provides a great workout for various muscle groups. It is particularly useful for Pilates enthusiasts or those looking to incorporate Pilates into their exercise routine.
