The La Paella Garcima 9.5 inch Enameled Steel Paella Pan is a nice pan, but smaller than expected. It is suitable for serving individual portions and works well for tapas. However, it is not compatible with induction cook tops and cannot be used in outdoor ovens at high temperatures. The pan provides a nice finish and is easy to clean. Some customers have reported chipped enamel gouges, which may lead to rusting. Overall, it is a convenient pan for single servings.
