DVD Editorial Review
The customer experience with Tracy Anderson's exercise DVDs, particularly the Method Express, highlights a mix of enthusiasm and skepticism. Many users express a transformative journey, marked by positive physical changes and renewed excitement for fitness. One user, after years of feeling stagnant despite Consistent workouts, found significant results just five weeks into Tracy's unique routine, which focuses on unconventional movements rather than traditional heavy weights. This approach has led to increased flexibility, slimmed figures, and newfound motivation, contrasting sharply with their previous experiences of frustration. The DVD format seems to cater well to various fitness levels, featuring brief yet effective segments that make it easy to fit workouts into busy schedules. Customers appreciate the flexibility offered by the six 10-minute sections, allowing them to mix and match workouts based on available time. The decreasing number of repetitions per exercise has also been a hit, particularly for those who struggle with longer sets. However, the unconventional nature of some moves and Tracy's inConsistent instructions have led to mixed reactions. Some users appreciate the innovation, while others find it challenging to follow along. Additionally, there's confusion regarding changes in recommended weights, which some find hard to reconcile with their past understanding of Tracy's methods. Overall, the Consensus is that if one is patient and Consistent, Tracy Anderson's workouts can yield impressive results. **
