คำตอบ: I can’t anwer for sure...I haven’t queried the company. For me personally, I’m very, very sensitive to garlic, but for some reason these don’t bother me at all. I was concerned about it, too. Maybe the amount is extremely minuscule—or the processing removes the FODMAPs? I’m sure if you contact Stellar, they can give you more info. My nutritionist recommended that I discontinue my previous vitamin supplement due to a non-FODMAP issue, so I thought I’d give these a try and they seem to be working well for me.
