Motion Pro Tools & Equipment Editorial Review
The Motion Pro Master Link Press Tool has received mixed reviews from customers. Many customers have found this tool to be useful and of great quality, stating that it worked well on their high-quality o-ring or x-ring motorcycle chains. One customer even mentioned that it worked perfectly on their Husqvarna FE 350 chain. These positive reviews suggest that the tool is effective for installing o-ring master links. However, there have been a few negative reviews regarding the tool's performance. One customer claimed that the metal used in the tool is not the correct density, causing it to mushroom instead of cutting or removing the old chain. This customer expressed disappointment Considering the price and questioned the product's testing. Another customer mentioned that it did not work on a 428 chain as intended, leading to their return of the tool. Overall, the Motion Pro Master Link Press Tool seems to be suitable for installing o-ring master links on certain chains. However, customers should exercise caution and ensure compatibility with their specific chain before purchasing the tool.
