I've been using the Mark 1 for a few months now and I couldn't be happier with it. The comfort level is fantastic, even when I have it packed full for a long day of travel. The ample storage space easily accommodates my laptop, tablet, water bottle, and other necessities. Not to mention, this bag has proven to be extremely durable. It still looks brand new despite being tossed around in various situations. Overall, the Mark 1 is a reliable and comfortable backpack that I would highly recommend.
