The uxcell M2 x 0.4 Spiral Point Threading Tap comes in a set of two, with a H2 tolerance and a round shank with square end. It is made of high-speed steel and TICN coated, and follows DIN371376 standards. Based on customer experiences, the product appears to perform poorly when used for threading holes in stainless steel. Customers have reported that either the top cutting teeth round out or the tap snaps easily on the second hole. It is advised not to purchase this product for tooling stainless steel.
