คำตอบ: Yes, absolutely. They are in little capsules that dissolve after being in for a bit, so they are easy to insert by hand if you're uncomfortable using the plunger. Also, you can use the plunger to put them in and just not insert it more than an inch or so. I honestly find that inserting them a little further in enables you to still urinate without dislodging them, which is good since sometimes I find I have to go after I've lain in bed for a while if I don't fall asleep right away. You can't even tell they're in there, since they are a smaller size and in such a comfortable capsule. Best of luck to you!
