The ReynosoHomeDecor 9x19 Inch Rectangular Throw Pillow Insert has received mixed feedback from customers, highlighting both positive aspects and some notable concerns. Many users appreciate the pillow's size, noting that it fits nicely into various cases, including custom-designed ones for children's bedding. The level of fluffiness appears to be satisfactory, satisfying those looking for a plush addition to their decor. However, there are significant drawbacks regarding the product’s initial quality. A common issue reported is a strong chemical smell, which seems to be off-putting for numerous buyers. This odor has led some customers to reConsider using the pillow altogether, as one reviewer mentioned it posed a problem for a toddler’s sleeping area. The lack of care instructions and tags for the materials adds to the uncertainty surrounding the pillow's maintenance. Difficulty in resolving these issues has been compounded by the seller's return policy, which does not allow returns, causing frustration for some buyers who feel stuck with the product. Overall, while the pillow serves its decorative purpose well and is functional for standard uses, the initial odor and insufficient guidance from the seller may deter potential buyers. **
