Harbor Freight Tools Controls 43060 Editorial Review
The Router Speed Control Dial is a useful device that provides the user with continuous speed control regardless of which type of brushed motor tool is being used. The dial allows the user to change the speed of their tool, and based on customer reviews, it works well with small grinders and kitchen exhaust fans. The customers particularly liked the toggle switch on the top and the handy clip on the back. However, some reviewers have complained about the weak fuse and the device not working properly. One customer said that the device blew a fuse within a micro-second after turning it on, but upgrading the fuse made it work perfectly. The customer service was lacking, and some reviewers could not find a suitable replacement fuse. One downside is that those who are looking for precisely calibrated speed control will not appreciate this device as the dial is not graduated precisely.
