Key to note is keeping the phone’s battery charged by using a dedicated phone and keeping the app in the foreground during a tournament. The brightness of the screen is perfect and can be adjusted depending on the user’s preference. There are also some minor hitches with the timer such as the app getting buggy at times and the need for the screen to be on for the buzzer sound and voice to work.
