The product can be used for individuals with swallowing difficulties, like dementia or any other serious medical condition. Though the product was not as expected for a few customers, most users found it very helpful in thickening their liquids and enjoyed it with no added powder residue in their drinks. Some of them used it to make turkey gravy instead of flour and it worked perfectly. The powder is a little pricey for a few customers, and one of them found it yucky.
