If buyers require a waterproof case, the "Standard Housing," which has "waterproof" up to "131' (40m)," comes with the camera, and the "Diving Housing" (sold separately) is "waterproof" up to "197' (60m)." In a review, it is touted as the best investment when it comes to cameras that allow the user to invest in water without any risks of damage. The GoPro HERO4 Black produces excellent footage; however, its battery life does not last long, and additional batteries are essential for more extended recordings. A not-so-great customer review reported that the battery lasts only five minutes after two or three uses, and the camera then produces an SD error message that makes it unusable.
