The Century B2854 is a motor, not a pump.

What is the wrench needed to take off the impeller? Could not get the old one off.

There's a left-handed screw on the impeller you need to unscrew. Sometimes it's not installed but if it is, remove it. Now look on the back of the motor and there is a metal/plastic cap, pop or twist it off, use a 9/16 wrench to hold the shaft or use vise grips while unscrewing the impeller from the motor.

When buying an impeller for your Whisperflo think of it in .25. Wfe 2 is .5 hp. Wfe 3 is 3/4 hp. Wfe 4 is 1hp like 4 quarters. Get it? Wfe 8 you guessed it 2hp. I am a pool professional and I just gave up a million-dollar formula. Hopefully, I'm not assassinated.
