It comes with two adjustable rollers connected by thick rubber bands that pull them towards each other. Unfortunately, the tension is not adjustable, which may be the root of the product's issues. After sifting through the Q&A section of the product listing, it's clear that this device rarely delivers on its promises. The device struggles to handle even relatively thin cuts of meat, quickly stretches out the rubber band, and ultimately fails to provide any real tenderising benefit. As such, we wouldn't recommend this product to any home cooks.
