Swagman Loading Ramps 66690 Editorial Review
The Swagman Ramp & Bridge has garnered a largely positive reception from customers who laud its efficacy in facilitating the loading and unloading of heavy electric bikes onto hitch-mounted bike racks. Users have expressed appreciation for how the ramp alleviates the physical strain associated with lifting heavy bikes, with many noting significant advantages in ease of use, particularly for solo loaders. The ramp is praised for its robust Construction, providing a secure platform that instills confidence when maneuvering heavy e-bikes. Reviews indicate that it enhances safety during the loading process, which is a critical factor for many users concerned about potential accidents. However, not all feedback has been entirely positive. A specific concern was raised regarding the durability of the ramp’s adjustable features, with one customer reporting a loss of a tightening knob during use. While the manufacturer responded promptly, the customer expressed dissatisfaction with the replacement policy, finding it unreasonable to incur additional costs for a replacement part. Overall, the Swagman Ramp & Bridge stands out as a worthwhile investment for those looking to simplify the bike loading process without compromising on safety and strength. **
