The joystick can be a bit sensitive, but it is nice and smooth once it has been broken in. One issue is that the board goes dark after 30 seconds; this could be inconvenient as it makes it difficult to determine which camera or preset is in use without touching the joystick. Another issue is that the joystick is too stiff, which makes panning not as smooth as one would like.
