The manufacturer has a wiki which can serve as a learning resource to program the display on a raspberry pi using Python. It does not support mapping Console to SPI device and it only uses six pins, not all the GPIO pins. The full refresh time is 2 seconds. Software-wise, the code is not bad and you can choose between coding with Python or Arduino. A tutorial is also available on YouTube.
