NCAA March Madness 06 - PlayStation 2

** NCAA March Madness 06 - PlayStation 2** NCAA March Madness 06 for the PlayStation 2 generally receives praise for its exciting gameplay elements, particularly for fans of college basketball, and especially for those who support the Duke Blue Devils. The game features notable players like JJ Redick, and reviewers have found the player skill set for iconic athletes to be impressively rendered. The dunking mechanics have also seen enhancements, aligning with the engaging style seen in NBA Live 06, making for memorable high-flying action. However, the game is not without its criticisms. Some players have expressed frustration with the artificial intelligence (AI) balance, which can make the gameplay feel inConsistent—either too simplistic or overwhelmingly difficult. This imbalance detracts from the enjoyment, leading to experiences of anger and disappointment, particularly when players find themselves unable to perform tasks that seem straightforward in theory, such as rebounding or taking open shots. Additionally, technical issues such as game freezing have been reported, causing concern over the game's reliability and enjoyment. Overall, NCAA March Madness 06 offers a nostalgic experience that can be entertaining for dedicated fans of college basketball, albeit hampered by some gameplay flaws and technical hiccups. **
