How do I best apply Citadel Paint, Layer: Dark Reaper on my models?

For optimal application of Citadel Paint, Layer: Dark Reaper, start by shaking the bottle well. Use a fine brush to apply the paint in thin layers, building up color gradually. CITADEL Paints 9918995105206 Editorial Review

The Citadel Paint, Layer: Dark Reaper is an awesome paint that comes as ordered. It provides a nice layer and is easy to work with. The only downside is that the Citadel pots don't seal well, so it's recommended to transfer the paint to bottles that seal better.
