ACCPerformance Torque Converters Editorial Review
The ACC Performance 28-3200 Stall Torque Converter has received a largely negative reception from customers, primarily due to its fitting issues and inadequate customer service. Reviewers have reported significant problems with aligning the torque converter to their vehicles, notably for models like the 1993 C1500 with a 4L60e transmission. Many customers experienced complications with bolt holes being incorrectly threaded or mismatched, leading to extensive additional work, such as drilling and tapping to correct the sizing. A common theme among reviews is the frustration with not only the product's compatibility but also the return policy. Some users found themselves facing unexpected restocking fees after being promised full refunds by customer service, leading to growing disappointment in both the product itself and the support provided afterward. This combination of fitting problems and unsatisfactory customer support has contributed to an overall negative sentiment toward the ACC Performance torque converter. **
