คำตอบ: This unit is supposed to replace the use of the DA80 USB adapter with a standard headset. It is a HW520 with USB connection. It is a basic telephone headset with noise cancelling. No HD voice or full stereo sound. It is a 2 ear and you can hear in both ears BUT you do not get the rich sound like a 5220. The 5210 is a single ear unit - this is 2 ear.
