The overall customer experience with this product seems to have two contrasting views. The first reviewer expressed high satisfaction, praising the item as a top article that was as described. On the other hand, the second reviewer found the product to be much smaller than expected, feeling misled by the seller's promotion with a saw and ultimately deeming the purchase a waste of money. Another customer mentioned ordering an empty case after recently buying a suitable insert for batteries and a charger from another seller. However, they discovered that this case actually came with an insert for 2 chargers and 4 batteries, fitting their 5.5Ah batteries perfectly. They raised concerns about the slots possibly being too large for smaller Ah batteries and suggested revising the product description to avoid confusion. Despite this, they commended the case for its good quality and sturdy build. In summary, while some customers were pleased with the product, others felt misled by its size or redundant due to its contents not aligning with their initial needs. Clearer product descriptions could potentially enhance customer satisfaction and prevent misunderstanding. **
