Kindle Edition Contemporary Fiction Editorial Review
Las singularidades is a captivating novel by renowned Irish author John Banville, published by ALFAGUARA. This book, released on 16 Feb. 2023, showcases Banville's signature wit and erudition, drawing readers into a world rich with compelling characters and a well-developed plot. One of the standout features noted in reviews is the author’s ability to weave together elements of humor, autobiographical insights, and sharp literary critique, creating an engaging reading experience. Readers have highlighted the nearly fetishistic eroticism and the precise language that elevates the narrative. While some find the prose a bit too ornate at times, many agree that it is a substantial work of literature.
