The Sanwa Digital Multimeter PM-3 is a portable and compact device that is convenient to carry for on-the-go testing. It allows for the measurement of AC/rect flow voltage, AC/rect flow current, and resistance. While it has minimal functions, it is made in Japan and offers good value for its cost. However, there are some drawbacks such as the difficulty in seeing the dial position due to the white color of the transfer dial and line of instruction position. Additionally, the checkup needle can hurt and needs to be stored carefully.
