The customer experience with the APPLE 11 inch iPad (A16)/iPad Air from Babylon tablet case has been mixed based on the feedback provided. Users have expressed dissatisfaction due to discrepancies between their expectations and the product received. Notably, some customers anticipated a case that did not support the Apple Pencil, only to find that the included case was designed for compatibility with the stylus. This has led to confusion and frustration, especially for those explicitly seeking a case without pencil compatibility. Furthermore, while the case's color has received praise for being visually appealing, some users noted it lacks the functionality advertised, specifically the screen-lock feature that was promised. This lack of communication about the product's capabilities has detracted from the overall satisfaction.
