- Bu kitabın ilk baskısında, hemen her fikri geniş tartışmalara yol açan Slavoj Žižek'in Eylül 2005'te yaşanan Karikatür Krizi üzerine yazdığı yazılardan yola çıkarak, bir yandan filozofun İslam konusundaki perspektifine bir bakış sunarken, diğer yandan yaşanan krizi bugün yorumlamak için önemli arşiv malzemelerini, o dönemde yazılmış Flemming Rose ve Amir Taheri makaleleri gibi farklı perspektifleri bir araya getirmiştik.
