Beenax Exercise Balls Editorial Review
The Beenax Soft Pilates Ball is a versatile exercise ball that can be used for various workouts such as Pilates, yoga, stability training, and physical therapy. It arrives deflated and can be inflated to the desired pressure using the included plastic straw. Customers have commented that the ball is soft and squishy, making it suitable for exercises that require a gentle amount of pressure. It is also strong enough to handle more intense workouts and can be used for squeezing between the knees or sitting on. The ball has a slight smell, but it is not offensive and is not noticeable when working with it. It is made of a grippy material and comes in a variety of colors, with customers particularly liking the purple option. The inflation process can be a bit tricky at first, as the straw is narrower than the hole. However, once mastered, customers have found it easy to adjust the air and prevent it from escaping. Some customers have used the ball in a swimming pool, finding it suitable for that purpose. However, it is not recommended for use as a volley ball or football, as it is designed to be a soft, squishy ball for physio exercises. Overall, customers have been pleased with the Beenax Soft Pilates Ball. It is a durable and reliable product that is great for Pilates and other exercises. It arrives with everything needed to inflate it, and while plugging the ball can be a bit tricky, it is a minor issue compared to the overall satisfaction with the product.
