How do you reset this item? My buttons are doing different to what there supposed to.
คำตอบ: Try unplugging the USB Bluetooth linking piece from your device, turning off and removing the battery from the keyboard for about 15 to 30 minutes. Reinstall the battery, reinsert the Bluetooth bit and turn on the keyboard and allow it to sync again. I have found that all the buttons don't necessarily work as the original remote but mostly do. To go back one step for example, press the right side button that has a mouse symbol. -

คำตอบ: Only if the model supports Bluetooth. I have a non-recent Bravia TV but it lacks Bluetooth so not compatible. I do use it indirectly with the TV using a mini pc connected to the TV for PC functions. But it can't be used instead of the TV remote for password input/search, etc instead of the TV remote. -
