While it's suitable for bass and electronic drum use, it's advised to use a specifically made bass or drum monitor for optimal bass response. The amp features three input sockets and can take pedals well. It has a great clean sound and takes on other devices like mobile phones. However, the onboard overdrive can be poor due to the hiss it produces. With a compact and lightweight design, it's easy to use and move from room to room.
