Also, try turning off the fire at the mains and unplug for thirty seconds, then reconnect and turn it back on. It seems to reset the internal memory and fix most problems. -

Did you replace the whole unit or just the disk inside the transducer? If you only replaced the disk, then the transducer unit is probably faulty. Failing that, it might be the fan motor unit, try checking that it's working/spinning, it's very easy to replace. -
