คำตอบ: Hi, I measured 4 inches from the top of the kneecap around the thigh as shown in the photo. If the measurement is at the top end of the size shown, then order the next size up. I ordered the next size up and it's a lovely fit. I just followed the instructions shown in the photo. I hope this helps.
