The BaByliss Titanium Brilliance Waves is a good choice for someone looking for loose curls. Users found that the key to making the curls hold was rough drying the hair and using the highest heat setting. The clamp heats up but the clip is plastic so it does not heat up. The wand is not dual voltage. The product is suitable for bob length fine hair, but not for short hair. One downside to this product is that there isn’t much of an area to hold/guide the tong at the tip and users burned their fingers easily. The clamp becomes loose after a month or two of using, making it unusable. Overall, the BaByliss Titanium Brilliance Waves is great when it comes to size and curling results but needs improvements in durability and handling.
