Belcolade Baking Chocolate, Carob & Cocoa Editorial Review
Belcolade Easy Melt Belgian Dark Chocolate Buttons - 1kg offers a bittersweet flavor profile, ideal for various recipes. However, it seems some users found it too sweet, reporting that it does not meet their expectations for dark chocolate's typical bitterness, with a cocoa content often questioned at 55%. Despite some usage in baking suggested by consumers, issues such as damaged packaging upon arrival and potential ingredient mislabeling, particularly concerning soy for those with allergies, led to dissatisfaction. Although it’s suitable for vegetarians, it appears that product quality control may need attention to meet the high standards expected by chocolate aficionados.
