A recurring complaint is the misalignment of the holes designed for the legs, making it difficult to secure them properly without seeking outside help. This poor assembly quality prompted several customers to question the manufacturing Consistency and quality control. Once assembled, the sofa bed's comfort levels were notably disappointing. Reviewers expressed that it was unsuitable for extended periods of sitting or sleeping without the addition of extra padding or a mattress topper, which is an added cost not accounted for in the initial purchase.
