Star and Stripes TERESBTCUSSMGREY Editorial Review
The Unisex Personalised Bathrobe has garnered a mixed but predominantly positive reception among customers. Many reviewers appreciate the quality of the robe, highlighting its cozy and thick texture that effectively serves its purpose as a bathrobe for hot tub use or lounging at home. The customization option for embroidery is met with enthusiasm, as customers like the personal touch it adds and praise the execution of the designs. Customers have also noted the excellent customer service provided by the company, with positive experiences while making changes to their orders and resolving issues with personalization errors. Several purchases have been made by individuals looking for thoughtful gift options, indicating a level of satisfaction that encourages repeat business. However, there are notable criticisms regarding sizing, particularly for customers who feel the robes do not fit as expected according to the unisex size chart. There are also mentions of quality discrepancies, with one individual expressing discontent with the feel and fit of their bathrobe. Overall, the Consensus among buyers points to a well-made product with solid customer support, but potential buyers should be cautious about sizing and Consider checking reviews for specific fit details. **
