NANUK 950S-010BK-0A0 Editorial Review
The Nanuk 950 Waterproof Hard Case has received predominantly positive reviews from users, who appreciate its robustness and thoughtful design. Many customers report using this case for transporting camera equipment for shoots, highlighting its spaciousness and ability to hold multiple DSLRs, lenses, and accessories securely. The tough exterior and waterproof capabilities have garnered acknowledgment, with users feeling confident that it could withstand tough conditions, even being described as a case that could survive being lost at sea. Customers praise the padded dividers, which are adjustable and help keep equipment organized and protected. The ease of mobility, thanks to strong handles and well-designed wheels, is a notable advantage, making it manageable even when fully loaded. Moreover, the case’s flat top allows for stacking additional gear, further enhancing its practicality. However, some users have expressed concerns regarding security due to the single lock on the lid, suggesting that purchasing an additional lock may be necessary for those worried about the safety of their gear. The price of the internal lid organizer also drew criticism, described as exorbitant for what it offers. Users have compared the Nanuk 950 to other brands like Pelican and HPRC and have mixed feelings about how it stacks up in terms of durability. While some say the Nanuk is slightly less robust than its competitors, its weight and absorbent materials contribute to its damage-resistance capabilities during travel. Overall, user sentiment indicates that the Nanuk 950 is a solid investment for anyone in need of a reliable and spacious hard case for gear protection during travel or workshops. **
