AOCHUAN Handheld Gimbals & Stabilisers ACS2 Editorial Review
The AOCHUAN Smart S2 Gimbal Stabilizer has elicited a diverse range of reactions among users, reflecting both its strengths and its weaknesses. Many customers appreciate the remarkable stabilization capabilities the gimbal offers, particularly for vlogging and capturing smooth, cinematic-style videos while on the move. Users noted the gimbal’s compact size and sturdy build, along with its ease of use, allowing for quick setup and intuitive operation. Its compatibility with different smartphones and seamless Bluetooth connection were also highlighted positively, with some users praising the added functionalities available through the associated app, including face and object tracking which enhances the filming experience. However, the product is not without its shortcomings. Some users reported issues with the device's battery life, describing it as disappointing, with only 10-15 minutes of usage per charge. This limitation was frustrating for customers who were looking for a long-lasting device for extended vlogging sessions. Furthermore, a few users experienced difficulties with the app interface; they found it either sluggish or lacking features that were showcased in online tutorials. The lack of satisfactory customer support was another troubling point, as users mentioned difficulty in contacting the seller for assistance or clarifications. In summary, the AOCHUAN Smart S2 Gimbal Stabilizer showcases excellent stabilization and ease of use for capturing high-quality video content but is hampered by battery life issues and customer service challenges. **
